Maria and Xavi, owners of Cal Cesc, have refurbished and manage other tourist rental houses in the town of Breda. All the houses are perfectly equipped and well decorated, and each one has its own personality and adapts to different types of families and groups of friends.
"LA PAUSA DEL MONTSENY"
La Pausa del Montseny is a ground floor in the center of the town, next to the abbey. It has a patio and a games room. It can accomodate 4-5 guests. Perfectly suitable for a family with children or a small group of friends.
"CAN BERNAT"
Casa Can Bernat is a very large house in the center of Breda, located in the center of the village. Can Bernat has a beautiful patio with fantastic views of Montseny, and with a swimming pool and also a covered summer dining room with barbecue. Suitable for groups of up to 10 people, the house has four huge rooms and two multipurpose rooms. Can Bernat has been completely renovated respecting all the old elements of the ancient house.
DOCTOR AND OLD POST OFFICE WANTED
In June 2023, the last project of Xavi and Maria will be inaugurated, which is in the final stages of rehabilitation. It is an emblematic modernist building, also in the center of Breda, with two independent homes, each with its own 250 m2 private patio, both with fantastic views of Montseny.
